Reevy ("the Service") is operated by Beltret Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07911617), registered office: Office 8885, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Romford, Essex RM6 6AX. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Beltret Group Ltd.
By creating an account or using Reevy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Reevy automates Amazon review requests on your behalf using Amazon's official Selling Partner API (Solicitations API). The Service sends review requests for eligible orders within the window permitted by Amazon. We do not write, edit, or manipulate the content of reviews.
To use Reevy you must:

Reevy is offered on a monthly subscription basis. New users receive a 7-day free trial. You will be asked to provide payment details at sign-up, but you will not be charged during the trial period.
After the trial ends, your chosen plan will automatically renew each month and your payment method will be charged, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your dashboard. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. For paid periods already started, fees are generally non-refundable except where required under applicable consumer protection law.

Reevy uses Amazon's official Solicitations API, which is the same mechanism behind the "Request a Review" button in Seller Central. While we design the Service to comply with Amazon's policies, you remain responsible for your own compliance with Amazon's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control, including changes to Amazon's API.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beltret Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or pose a risk to us, Amazon, or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
